Control Room Operator/CRO for HVDC platform 2 weeks on/off

Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel is currently seeking a Control Room Operator (CRO) for the newly built HVDC Platform DolWin Epsilon as part of a commissioning project in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements:

• Experience as a 2nd Officer, Watchkeeping Engineer, or from an Offshore Installation Control Room
• Valid BOSIET
• Good command of English

Offer:

• German employment contract
• Monthly salary: 6471.02 EUR / month (4896 euro per month + offshore allowance 105 euro per day onboard, taxes: 42%. German contract)
• Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Location: North Sea (German sector)
• Joining date: 20 July 2026
