About the job Digital Marketing Executive
This is a remote role, open to applicants from any location.
Always-On Social Media Calendar & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, monitor and optimize always-on content & digital advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with the Creative Team for content creation for platforms e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X
- Work closely with various teams for smooth campaign rollouts.
Ad Trafficking & Optimization
- Manage and quality-check advertising creatives to adhere to platform standards and issue-free launches.
- Track and enhance campaign results, focusing on key metrics such as CTR and CPC.
- Monitor and track paid media budgets
- Apply A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing page efficacy.
- Identify and solve any challenges arising from ad-related problems.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Evaluate campaign and always-on social media data for strategic insights.
- Produce and share weekly reports on campaign outcomes with key stakeholders.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and content teams to synchronize advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
Ad hoc
- Help with assigned ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma & above or equivalent job experience, with a minimum of three years in Marketing.
- Experience with always-on content planning for digital platforms: FB, IG & Discord
- Skilled in using advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.)
- SEO knowledge with experience collaborating with external vendors.
- Strong analytical abilities with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Outstanding in communication, organization, and teamwork.
- Independent and proactive in managing workload efficiently.
This is a full time contractor position.
