About the Role

A Compliance Auditor is a detail-oriented professional who is well-versed in federal, state, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) regulations. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to prioritize tasks and expedite incentive input. The Compliance Auditor is characterized by a can-do attitude and provides support to the Compliance Specialists, Compliance Manager, and Director of Compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Submit eligible tactics for pre-approval, coordinating approvals and declines with the team member who submitted the tactic. This may involve contacting OEMs to clarify declined deliverables in various areas, including:
    1. Automotive New Vehicle Disclaimers

    2. Digital Graphics (Webslides, Boost, Social)

    3. Digital SEO/Inbound Content

    4. Ebooks

  2. Consult available resources to answer questions and stay up-to-date on all regulatory requirements in accordance with branding, state, and federal guidelines.

  3. Manage workflow through Workfront, effectively communicating work ownership with teammates.

  4. Monitor and document compliance quirks with the intention of informing and maintaining information within the department's resources.

  1. Demonstrate a working knowledge of compliance regulations and facilitate seamless communications within the team to update standards in real-time.

  2. Effectively communicate abnormalities to leadership to drive broad changes in Specials Builder.

  3. Understand co-op and compliance processes and programs.

  4. Proficiency with Specials Builder Technology.

  5. Proficiency with Workfront.

Department Responsibilities:

  • Arrive on time and be prepared to work.

  • Be courteous and respectful to all clients and employees.

  • Proficient in time management, organization, and multi-tasking.

  • Knowledgeable about compliance rules (as applicable) and able to apply that knowledge.

  • Knowledgeable about the team's assigned daily tasks.

  • Proactively assist other department members when needed.

  • Monitor email and Workfront updates, with a 1-hour response time.

  • Exhibit strengths in self-motivation and continued learning.

  • Responsible for meeting set goals as determined in one-on-ones.

  • Attend monthly department meetings and weekly town halls.

  • Understand and utilize department style guides and resources as well as Workfront processes.

  • Take direction from the Compliance Manager and other leadership team members.

  • Communicate directly with Quality Management, Creative, and Digital department members (as applicable)

    • Capable of adjusting to changing platforms, compliance guidelines, client strategies, and internal auditing processes.

    • Able to shift priorities based on new information or requests.

    • Ensures a thorough examination of deliverables to ensure client compliance through branding, FTC guidelines, and state guidelines.

    • Evaluates tasks and responsibilities to create an effective, productive daily schedule.

    • Manages time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Communication:
    • Accessible, insightful, and responsive to all team members, managers, directors, and more about work-related issues, requests, or questions.

    • Communicates with empathy, patience, and transparency to all.

    • Responds to all emails and communications within 24 hours, especially for more urgent or time-sensitive matters.

    • Shares relevant information or knowledge with the team, managers, directors, and other individuals.

Preferred Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business

· C1 English Proficiency is a must
