The role

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and managing digital media campaigns across multiple DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs. They are highly analytic and results-focused, with a proven track record of creating successful campaigns. At the same time, this person has strong communication skills (written and oral), so they can effectively explain, support, and sell the recommended digital media plans to our clients. Finally, this individual will be responsible for Display Advertising Network account integration, display campaign implementation, and optimization, analyzing and capitalizing on data trends and tactics, and will provide effective monthly reporting of results

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create, present, and execute digital media strategies for car dealers in the United States on Amazon and Google.

  • Define the strategy and appropriate segmentation for the implementation of campaigns.

  • Evaluate potential traffic sources to identify opportunities with new media.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure the fulfillment of KPIs.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on media buying, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon and Google platforms.

  • Automotive marketing experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding processes.

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics.

  • Experience with A/B testing, and multivariate experiments.

  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and understand data trends.

  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and various digital marketing software.

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
