About the Project
The Smart Banking Manager (SBM) is a strategic application within the organization, responsible for orchestrating product ordering and asset management processes across core business areas.
It supports critical banking operations such as card management, current account lifecycle, and bundled products, and serves as the primary system for managing the product catalogue.
As a Business System Analyst (Freelancer), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the SBM platform operates efficiently and evolves to meet new business and technology requirements. Your work will have a direct impact on the organizations operational performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional technical specifications. 
- 
Maintain continuous collaboration with stakeholders and Product Owners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment. 
- 
Work closely with Solution Architects and Development teams to define and validate technical solutions. 
- 
Create and manage User Stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation in JIRA and Confluence. 
- 
Support developers and QA teams during implementation and testing activities. 
- 
Contribute to system design and API specification efforts. 
- 
Draft UML diagrams and maintain up-to-date business and system documentation. 
- 
Ensure consistent alignment between business needs and technical solutions throughout the Agile lifecycle. 
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related field. 
- 
Minimum 5 years of experience in business and system analysis. 
- 
Hands-on experience with SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or DB2 SQL). 
- 
Practical experience with API specification, testing, and integration projects. 
- 
Ability to create and interpret UML diagrams. 
- 
️ Strong understanding of Agile methodology, with experience working in multi-disciplinary teams. 
- 
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. 
- 
Fluent in English, written and spoken. 
Preferred Qualifications
- 
Experience in product management or product lifecycle projects.

Familiarity with banking software systems, including administration and product workflows.

Experience with system integration and database-driven applications. 
- 
Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
