Scope of Services / Deliverables

Support the program manager in daily work
Support the projects with planning and execution, governance, and reporting
Collaborate closely with all teams in the program internally and externally
Ensure highly effective meetings through well-coordinated preparation, a clear agenda, focus on the most important decisions, followed by reliable execution. Prepare executive briefings and high-quality documents to represent the Program Team to management and other stakeholders
Drive the monitoring and reporting of project activities and backlogs
Step by step, take on responsibility for the first project initiatives

Skills

Project language is German; fluent German is a must!
Communication on C-Level
Reporting on Board Level
1-3 years of working experience (Experience working within operations/cross-project related fields is an advantage)
Bachelor's or Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines
PMO experience is beneficial.
Analytical thinking and good organizational skills.
A positive, open-minded, and collaborative personality with good self-management skills.

Confidence to interact on an executive level. Desire to learn fast, grow, and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Strong sense of outcome and collaboration rather than hierarchy levels or organizational boundaries
Able to work under uncertainty and pressure
