Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft Copilot Studio Consultant / Developer to support our Power Platform team. The ideal candidate will help us design, develop, and deploy intelligent Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The role also involves governance setup, performance monitoring, integration with Azure AI services, and involvement in other Power Platform tasks.
Skillset:
- Over 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
-Hands-on expertise in building solutions using Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
-Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage intelligent copilots in enterprise environments.
Education:
-Bachelors or Masters education in Computer/Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Professional certifications or equivalent experience in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform developer/solution architect PL-400/PL-600, Power BI data analyst PL-300)
Expert Knowledge:
-Design, develop, and deploy Copilot Studio agents end-to-end, including prompt engineering, orchestration, and monitoring.
-Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
-Define and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates).
-Build and operate observability stacks leveraging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and KQL.
-Monitor and optimize the cost-efficiency of GenAI workloads, including token budgeting, caching strategies, and capacity planning.
-Demonstrated ability to manage and scale AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Skills
Nice-to-Have:
-Proven experience delivering production-grade copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
-Strong understanding of Microsoft AI Foundry and related ecosystem components.
-Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for enhanced agent behavior and grounding.
-Apply advanced techniques in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), grounding strategies, and vector store integration to enhance agent performance.
-Evaluate prompt quality using metrics such as BLEU scores, semantic similarity, and human-in-the-loop feedback loops.
