Visual Design & Development | Senior Designer (Experience 6+ years)

Scope of Services / Deliverables

Conduct user and stakeholder research to define needs and opportunities
Create user journeys, workflows, and experience principles
Generate and explore design concepts for AI-driven interactions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design assets
Test designs with users and iterate based on insights
Deliver final designs, documentation, and implementation support when needed

Skills

5+ years UX design and competency of designing for AI experiences
Journey mapping and information architecture
Ideation and conceptual design, including AI interactions
Proficiency in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma
Usability testing and iteration, focusing on AI transparency and control
Understanding of AI capabilities and challenges of how to utilize within experiences
Design documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams
