Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect with expertise in functional analysis and large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture. This role requires hands-on leadership in designing and guiding the implementation of Dynamics 365 products while collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.
You will play a critical role in pre-sales, solution architecture, proposal development, and internal capability building. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants and shaping delivery methodologies. Its a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing team within a well-established organization.
Main Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for functional and technical solutions across the Microsoft stack, advocating adoption of new features and capabilities.

Maintain deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stacks; stay current on product updates and roadmap.

Host and lead internal technical forums to promote knowledge sharing.

Design domain-specific implementations using out-of-the-box Dynamics functionality to create scalable and reusable solution assets.

Identify skills gaps, define training needs, and mentor team members.

Develop industry-specific solution offerings that serve as market differentiators.

Consistently exceed client expectations in technical delivery, business value, and professional conduct.

Identify project risks and proactively mitigate or communicate them.

Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress and challenges.

Drive practice development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed by senior leadership.

Ensure completion of internal processes and compliance training.

Represent the organization in a professional and client-focused manner at all times.

Adhere to internal Information Security Policies and protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Deep expertise in all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, with architect-level certifications.
-
Experience across multiple earlier versions of Dynamics CRM (e.g., CRM 2016, 2015, 2013, 2011, 4.0).

Strong implementation experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA, etc.) and relevant certifications.

Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including development, release management, data migration, cut-over planning, and post-go-live support.

Familiarity with Azure Storage Services (Azure SQL, Blob storage).

Experience using Azure Integration Services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.

Proficient in working with geographically distributed development teams.
-
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and use of tools like Azure DevOps.
-
TOGAF or Zachman Framework certification is a plus.

Exposure to marketing technologies such as ClickDimensions, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and D365 for Marketing is desirable.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

15+ years of experience implementing large-scale, end-to-end Dynamics CE (CRM) solutions.

Proven record of leading 78 full-scale enterprise implementations using Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and integration solutions.

Strong cross-domain experience across industries such as Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, and Manufacturing.

Experience with multi-region implementation strategies.

Strong technical leadership with a proven ability to engage and present to C-Suite executives.

Ability to architect and lead complex digital transformation programs integrating multiple technologies.

Proven success in pre-sales engagements and thought leadership in solution offerings.

Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to support strategic decision-making.

Skilled in managing large, distributed teams and delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
