Share Admin Tool Admin (Onsite Support for Czech Republic / Prague)

Scope of Services / Deliverables:

The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Share Admin Tool operations

• Support for Group, Home, and Temporary shares

• Data restore and backup of server configurations

• Simpana Archiving operations

• 3rd level IT support and IT direct operations

• Active Directory (AD) operations and administration

• VMware imaging

• SharePoint Online support and consulting

• Server file system administration

• User administration and print services support

• Server troubleshooting

• DNS administration
