Your Role What Awaits You
Are you passionate about data? Would you like to become a trusted advisor supporting clients on their journey to becoming data-driven organizations?
As part of the Data & Analytics business line, you'll bridge technical expertise with industry insight, delivering full-service, data-based solutions to clients. As a Managing Consultant, youll coordinate program and project initiatives and use your agile mindset to guide projects from inception to operationalization.
Your responsibilities include:

Tracking trends and developments in the Data & Analytics space and advising clients on their relevance and strategic importance.

Leading Data Advisory projects, promoting self-organization and responsibility within the team, and serving as a key contact for client management.

Providing strategic consulting to client leadership on designing modern data landscapes and driving data-driven transformation.

Supporting transformation programs in the Data & Analytics domain with strong communication and organizational guidance.

Removing roadblocks and managing stakeholders to modernize clients' data ecosystems collaboratively with your team.
Your Skills What You Bring

A genuine enthusiasm for data, new technologies, tools, and innovations in the Data & Analytics field, along with the ability to inspire others.

Fluent German language skills (a must).

Deep hands-on experience and technical knowledge in leading Data & Analytics transformation programs and data platform initiatives.

Strong skills in facilitation, mediation, change management, and team development, combined with excellent communication and organization.

High levels of initiative, motivation, and reflective critical thinking. You remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.

A passion for staying ahead of Data & Analytics trends and supporting the adoption of advanced architectures like data mesh.
