We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to elevate the visibility, impact, and storytelling of our design initiatives across digital platforms. This role will be instrumental in showcasing our design culture, values, and success through engaging, high-quality content that resonates with both internal and external audiences.

As part of the Design organization, the content creator will develop and publish platform-specific content that reflects the essence of user-centered innovation, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. From highlighting UX strategy milestones to promoting community events and amplifying voices from within our design teams, this role contributes directly to our objective: making the value of design tangible and visible at scale.

Scope of Services / Deliverables

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to elevate the visibility, impact, and storytelling of our design initiatives across digital platforms. This role will be instrumental in showcasing our design culture, values, and success through engaging, high-quality content that resonates with both internal and external audiences.
As part of the Design organization, the content creator will develop and publish platform-specific content that reflects the essence of user-centered innovation, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. From highlighting UX strategy milestones to promoting community events and amplifying voices from within our design teams, this role contributes directly to our objective: making the value of design tangible and visible at scale.

Skills

Develop high-quality a social media content aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
Capture and edit photo and video content (e.g., interviews, behind-the-scenes, event recaps).
Create compelling Thought leadership articles and external publication on FastCo and VentureBeat, etc.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Create platform-specific content tailored to each channel (e.g., Instagram, Spotify, Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube).
Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and track publishing across channels.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content.
Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and visual identity across all platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Proven experience in content creation and social media management
Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, or similar
Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Later)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
