Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Planisware Functional Hypercare Support to support post-deployment activities, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues related to Planisware configurations, customizations, and data management. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs, propose effective solutions, and provide training and support to superusers. This role is ideal for junior-level candidates who have hands-on Planisware experience and are eager to grow within a supportive, international team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Hypercare support to superusers post-deployment/roll-outs.

  • Configure, test, deploy, and support Planisware applications for client organizations.

  • Identify and resolve issues related to Planisware customizations, configurations, and data management.

  • Analyze and improve business workflows using Planisware capabilities.

  • Support incident and service request management processes (ITIL framework, ServiceNow).

  • Assist in Planisware configuration and customization to meet organizational needs.

  • Conduct training sessions (English & German) for end-users and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to ensure proper Planisware usage.

  • Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and user support.

  • Maintain system documentation (processes, changes, and user guides).

  • Support change management initiatives related to Planisware adoption.

  • Promote best practices in project management and resource planning.

  • Oversee the deployment of new features/upgrades with minimal user disruption.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members on effective Planisware utilization.

  • Monitor and evaluate Planisware performance to align with organizational goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Planisware consultant or in a related Hypercare/support role.

  • Based in a cost-efficient country (excluding India) and able to work fully in European time zones.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for project needs.

  • In-depth knowledge of Planisware features, functionalities, and best practices.

  • Experience in portfolio and/or project management (PPM modules in Planisware).

Technical Skills:

  • Computer programming experience (object-oriented preferred).

  • Working knowledge of database management.

  • Familiarity with ITIL support processes, Incident/Service Request Management (ServiceNow).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Quick learner, efficient multi-tasker, and team player.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams.
