Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- 
Conduct on-site workshops with business stakeholders in Ukrainian to gather and validate organizational requirements. 
- 
Analyze and document organizational structures, reporting lines, and job relationships in alignment with HR and Defense-specific needs. 
- 
Translate functional requirements into detailed SAP configuration specifications. 
2. Configuration & Implementation
- 
Configure and maintain SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) components, including: - 
Organizational units, positions, jobs, and relationships 
- 
Integration with Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (TM) 
- 
Evaluation paths, infotypes, and workflows 
 
- 
- 
Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure proper configuration and integration. 
- 
Collaborate with SAP Defense & Security Industry Solution consultants to align OM setup with the broader defense processes. 
3. Advisory & Client Support
- 
Provide functional consulting and advisory on organizational structure management, hierarchy design, and reporting needs. 
- 
Deliver user training and documentation on OM functionalities and maintenance procedures. 
- 
Ensure compliance with project standards, quality frameworks, and client methodologies. 
4. Collaboration & Governance
- 
Work closely with the PMO, functional, and technical teams to ensure coordinated delivery. 
- 
Participate in regular status and review meetings with client stakeholders. 
- 
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of OM configuration and related HR processes. 
Required Skills & Experience
- 
3-6 years of SAP HCM experience, with strong focus on Organizational Management (OM). 
- 
Proven experience implementing SAP HR PA/OM/TM on-premise solutions. 
- 
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR architecture and integrations. 
- 
Demonstrated ability to manage full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation. 
- 
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
- 
Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both mandatory). 
- 
Availability for on-site work in Kyiv 3-5 days per week. 
- 
Russian or Belarusian citizenship not permitted (as per client policy). 
Preferred Qualifications
- 
Experience working with public sector or defense clients. 
- 
Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and Capgemini project frameworks. 
- 
Background in organizational design, analytics, or HR governance.
