Description

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Datacenter Architecture team (ECS CAE CDA) is driving a project to design, build and deliver RISE Customer Edition service (CDC) with different vendors. This service aims to achieve on prem cloud services around provisioning, operations and engineering. You will be responsible for steering and driving this central project across ECS, Partners and other SAP units. You will be reporting to the Chief Architect / Senior Management.

One of your main objectives is to bring the process to the state that the first customers can be delivered successfully for CDC on prem together with our infrastructure partners.
It is expected that you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and orchestrate multiple projects as part of our program which includes customer deployments all over the world. If you have a strong and proven background in Infrastructure & Automation Projects, Service Management along with leading cross board (international) programs we would like to hear from you.

Scope of Services / Deliverables

Planning, managing, and coordinating global project teams and customers (international) incl. expected occasional travel
Management & oversight of budget and timeline during the program and S2D phases.
Examining technical, procedural, and personal weaknesses (risks) and analyzing the deficits of internal and external cooperation. Daily management of project teams, distributors, customers, service provide vendors to maintain the readiness planning.
Reporting & presenting results to the Chief Architect / Senior Management.
Full internal and external engagement around the technical, process and delivery streams including challenging and validating the requirements with regards to needs versus wants. Working with internal stakeholders, this requires thought leadership in transforming solutions requirements to true business outcomes.
Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on the technology (ServiceNow, SAP, ECS, etc.), process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challenges (people)

Skills

Experienced in IT Program and Project Management: Certification in either LEAN Six Sigma (black belt), Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Advanced Prince2
Experienced in areas relevant for SAP operations as well as infrastructure is a definitive plus.
Has proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects as well as having a pragmatic approach in complex situations.
