Job Title: Project Manager-SAP SuccessFactors Rollout
Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation. This hands-on role coordinates across functional streams, vendors, and IT, ensuring successful deployment in line with timelines, scope, and quality expectations. The implementation is executed using Agile sprints, with iterative design, configuration, and testing cycles, supporting phased regional deployments and enabling continuous user feedback and improvement.

- Apply Agile principles to coordinate sprints, manage backlogs, and lead daily stand-ups across cross-functional teams and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of project management proven hands on experience in global HRIS or ERP implementations, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record in managing complex global rollouts across multiple regions, business units, and time zones.
- Strong expertise in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality assurance, including experience working with heterogeneous HR data sources and legacy systems.
- Ability to identify, document, and resolve gaps between regional HR processes and the global design, ensuring localization without deviating from the core model.
- Experienced in leading cross-cultural teams and managing regional differences in work culture, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in change management, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and resistance mitigation, especially with local HR and compliance teams.
- Strong experience in Agile project delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives across distributed teams.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to navigate organizational politics and foster collaboration among global and local stakeholders.
- Familiar with project tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and collaboration platforms like Teams or Confluence.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification required; additional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules are highly desirable.
- Experience working with complex integration platforms, including local payroll systems, time tracking, benefits, and compliance tools.
- Solid understanding of modern HR software capabilities, including API integrations, middleware solutions, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams across vastly different time zones, with demonstrated resilience in overcoming communication and coordination barriers.
- Familiarity with integration monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques for real-time data exchange between systems.
