Client Relations Expert: Make everyone's experience better by simplifying and streamlining the appointment scheduling process. You will ensure that both clients and coworkers feel valued and cared for.

When it comes to managing multiple schedules at once, you're a master. Appointments, rescheduling, and last-minute changes are all within your skill set.
Skilled with technology: You quickly learn new systems and tools and are comfortable with Google Calendar, Outlook, and other similar programs.
Highly effective communicator: You will act as a liaison between clients, team members, and executives, ensuring that all parties are on the same page and that appointments are scheduled correctly.
An obsessive stickler for detail, you are devoted to making sure all times and locations are up-to-date and correct.
You are quick to respond to changes or disputes and take the initiative to overcome timetable obstacles.
