About the job Admin Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to lead and manage all administrative functions across our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, and proven experience handling transportation, accommodation, office administration, and support for a large technical workforce (including riggers, technicians, and engineers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Logistics Management:
- Oversee daily transportation and accommodation of staff.
- Coordinate with drivers, facility providers, and vendors for seamless operations.
Administrative Operations:
- Supervise office administration activities including utilities, supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Maintain and update employee records and administrative files.
Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with PROs and legal teams for renewals, permits, and documentation.
Team Support & Coordination:
- Provide administrative support to technical and project teams.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Finance & Invoicing:
- Prepare, track, and manage admin-related invoices, contracts, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely settlements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 -7 years of admin management experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, housing standards, and workforce logistics.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
