    1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
      1. Must have experience of GSM Experience 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, MW, IBS, DAS.
      2. Manages staff including Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, Riggers, Helpers & drivers.
      3. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
      4. The true first-level manager typically reporting directly to the General Manager/Director.
      5. Successful change management, where tailored configurations are office-tested, revised, approved.
      6. Develops, coordinates, and executes project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery
      7. Collaboration with Implementation Engineers for system configuration and data migration
      8. Writing custom functionality specifications for delivery to engineering after in-depth consulting with the client.
    2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
      1. Maintaining Confidentiality Employee must ensure to maintain the confidentiality regarding any information, data or record of organization to avoid breaching privacy rules.
