Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Manager to oversee key client accounts and ensure the smooth delivery of fleet management services. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring operational excellence, timely service delivery, compliance with contractual obligations, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship management, problem-solving, and coordination skills to drive long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and service-related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless fleet operations and timely service delivery.
  • Oversee the complete vehicle lifecycle, including allocation, maintenance, replacement, and disposal.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client contracts.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports, fleet utilization data, and operational updates.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and client retention.
  • Support contract renewals, service expansions, and business development initiatives where applicable.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely resolution of billing-related queries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in client management, account management, fleet operations, or customer service.
  • Experience in fleet management, leasing, automotive, or logistics industries is preferred.
