JOB PURPOSE:
The Director of Administration & Operations Management is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end telecom operations and administrative functions across KSA. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost control, and effective coordination between technical, commercial, and support teams to support large-scale telecom projects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management
- Lead and manage telecom operations including rollout, optimization, O&M, and project execution across KSA.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with STC / Mobily / Zain standards and contractual SLAs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee resource planning, workforce deployment, and vendor/subcontractor management.
Administration & Support Functions
- Oversee administration, HR coordination, logistics, procurement, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Muqeem, Iqama, and visa regulations.
- Implement strong internal controls, SOPs, and reporting structures.
Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor operational budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Coordinate with finance on invoicing, collections, and cash-flow planning.
- Approve operational expenditures within delegated authority.
Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with CITC (now CST) regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
- Manage operational risks, audits, and corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of HSE and quality compliance.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead senior managers and department heads; drive performance through KPIs.
