Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience managing building and villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ability to ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Strong leadership and project management skills
