Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development for civil construction projects.
• Identify and secure new projects involving buildings, villas, infrastructure, and civil works.
• Develop business opportunities with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Achieve business development targets and support company growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
