Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kingdom for manufacturing factories/plants like Pipes, Tissues, Garments, General trading etc. any other commercially viable segments across Saudi Arabia.
Build and manage a strong project pipeline, from initial prospecting through to signed contracts.
Prepare project budgeting and operational design of portfolio and services to prospective clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's revenue and growth targets.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as agreed with management.
Maintain and deepen relationships with an existing network of real estate developers, property owners, PMCs, and corporate clients in the KSA market.
 Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in coordination with the design and operations teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the interior design and fit-out sector.
Identify strategic partnerships with architects, consultants, real estate agencies, and developers that can generate referral business.
Collaborate closely with the design, project management, and finance teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, pipeline data, and sales reports. Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Business Operations Director.
 Support contract negotiations and closing activities alongside the leadership team.
 Qualifications & Requirements|:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 A PMP certification or equivalent project/commercial qualification is an advantage.
 Minimum 7 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in the Saudi Arabian manufacturing industry, marketing, construction industry. Proven and demonstrable track record of closing high-value projects. Strong, established local network within the Saudi.
Deep understanding of the Saudi market dynamics, procurement processes, and client culture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals.
Must hold a valid, transferrable Iqama in Saudi Arabia. Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
