Job Summary

The Head of HR is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and building a high-performance culture. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and growth plans.

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Establish and oversee performance management, succession planning, and talent development frameworks.

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure.

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and government regulations.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.

  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.

  • Lead HR audits, HRMS implementation, and process automation.

  • Develop HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

  • Coach and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Masters degree or HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).

  • 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience in managing multi-functional HR teams.
