Job Summary
The Head of HR is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and building a high-performance culture. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and growth plans.

Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Establish and oversee performance management, succession planning, and talent development frameworks.

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure.

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and government regulations.

Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.

Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.

Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.

Lead HR audits, HRMS implementation, and process automation.

Develop HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Coach and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Masters degree or HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).

10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

Proven experience in managing multi-functional HR teams.
