Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Support Consultant with strong functional expertise in Procurement and Sourcing modules, including Supplier Portal, Self Service Requisitions, Sourcing, Purchasing. The role is support-focused, responsible for day to day issue resolution, system stability, and close collaboration with procurement users, IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules Supplier Portal, Self Service Requisitions, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Blanket Purchase Agreements
- Act as the primary functional point of contact for procurement and SCM-related system issues and user queries
- Perform day to day issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs
- Support in Redwood Migrations & Testing.
- Support procurement transactions such as requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing events issues along with Approvals.
- Assist with configuration reviews and functional validations across SCM procurement modules.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business processes and controls
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing for patches, quarterly updates, and enhancements
- Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, configuration records, and issue logs for SCM modules
- Identify recurring procurement issues and recommend process improvements or system optimizations
- Support the future implementation and stabilization of Inventory modules
- Support New Enablements & enhancements.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion SCM quarterly releases and assess impact on existing and upcoming SCM modules
Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in Oracle SCM, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
- Proven functional support experience in procurement and sourcing environments.
Functional & Technical Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Supplier Portal, Self Service Requisitions, Sourcing, Purchasing & Agreements)
- Understanding of end to end Procure to Pay processes and controls
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Inventory Management modules is a plus
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting for SCM and procurement
- Familiarity with integrations, data loads, and supplier data management
- Cross Functional Knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL/SQL & Data Model.
