EHS Lead ( Civil Construction)

Job Description: EHS Lead – Civil Construction

Location: UAE
Joining: Immediate
Salary: AED 6,000
Experience: 7–8 years (UAE only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage EHS activities for civil construction projects

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, client requirements, and company HSE policies

• Develop and implement EHS plans, risk assessments, and method statements

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety trainings/toolbox talks

• Lead accident/incident investigations and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on EHS matters

• Monitor KPIs, maintain reports, and ensure continuous safety improvement

Requirements:

• 7–8 years of UAE civil construction EHS experience

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory)

• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills

• Immediate joiner
