Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee and manage a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles, ensuring smooth operations, cost control, compliance, and fleet optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet operations, maintenance, and vehicle lifecycle.

• Handle insurance policies, claims, renewals, and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor operational costs, invoicing, and budget control.

• Ensure adherence to operational timelines and service standards.

• Identify opportunities for fleet expansion and business growth.

• Utilize fleet management systems and ERP software for reporting and control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Professional certification in Fleet or Operations Management (preferred).

• Proven experience managing 1,000+ vehicles.

• Strong knowledge of insurance, compliance, and fleet systems.
