Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of KSA Labor Laws, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Iqama processes, and other government portals. This role requires strategic leadership and operational efficiency in managing recruitment, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and HR policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Iqama processing.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local legal requirements and company standards.

  • Liaise with government agencies and manage portals such as MOL (Ministry of Labor), Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Taqat, and Absher.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports (Iqama status, GOSI contributions, employee documents, etc.).

  • Oversee payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and leave management.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure effective conflict resolution.

  • Lead Saudization initiatives and maintain Saudization ratios as per government requirements.

  • Ensure timely renewal of Iqamas, visas, and other legal documents.

  • Support audits and manage internal HR compliance controls.

  • Provide strategic input to leadership regarding manpower planning and organizational development.

  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and career development programs.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Indian or Pakistani (preferred due to visa and communication requirements)

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 58 years in HR roles in Saudi Arabia, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

  • Languages: Proficient in English, Urdu/Hindi, and preferably Arabic (basic working knowledge).

  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi employment laws, residency rules, GOSI, Qiwa, and related portals.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP HR systems and government portals.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
