Role Description:
The Enterprise Activation Engineer is responsible for the provisioning, configuration, and activation of enterprise data services, including MPLS, SD-WAN, broadband, and fixed IP solutions. The role demands hands-on expertise in Layer 2/3 networking, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and effective coordination with clients, internal teams, and international partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provision and activate enterprise services (MPLS L2/L3, SD-WAN, broadband, TV).
 - Configure and validate network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) using CLI.
 - Perform testing using Ethernet, RFC, and iPerf tools.
 - Troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static) and IP-related issues (IPv4/IPv6).
 - Manage DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting, and Azure network integration.
 - Ensure accurate implementation of technical configurations and documentation.
 - Coordinate with international carriers for MPLS activations.
 - Support pre-sales activities and engage in customer meetings.
 - Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Telecom, IT, or related field.
 - CCNP certification (mandatory).
 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in telecom/enterprise service provisioning.
 - Expertise in MPLS, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls.
 - Proficient in Cisco (ASR/ISR, 2K/4K/8K), Huawei, Nokia AGG/SAR, GPON.
 - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 - Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
 - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
