is seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Car Rental to manage all government relations, vehicle registration processes, licensing documentation, and legal compliance activities related to the company's car rental operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination with government authorities and support operational efficiency through timely processing of official documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all government-related documentation and approvals for car rental operations

Coordinate with RTA, Traffic Department, Police, Immigration, MOHRE, and other UAE government authorities

Manage vehicle registration, renewals, ownership transfers, insurance documentation, and Salik-related processes

Process company trade license renewals and regulatory permits

Handle employee visa applications, renewals, labor cards, Emirates ID, and residency procedures

Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations, permits, and company licenses to avoid penalties

Maintain accurate records of vehicles, legal documents, and government transactions

Coordinate with insurance companies for vehicle-related documentation and claims support

Assist in handling fines, traffic violations, and official correspondence

Support fleet and operations teams with compliance and documentation requirements

Liaise with external agencies, typing centers, and service providers when required

Ensure compliance with UAE transport laws and car rental regulations

Prepare reports and maintain proper filing systems for audits and inspections

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry

Strong knowledge of UAE RTA procedures, vehicle registration, and transport regulations

Familiarity with UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals

Experience handling fleet documentation and licensing processes

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and online government systems

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Arabic language skills will be an added advantage
