Product Designer (UI/Motion)
About the job Product Designer (UI/Motion)
Overview
We're looking for a Product Designer with exceptional visual craft and a strong motion sensibility to shape how our product looks, feels, and behaves. You care deeply about the details, the spacing, the easing curve, the moment a transition makes something click for a user.
This role sits at the intersection of UI, interaction design, and motion. You'll own product experiences end to end while bringing a level of visual and kinetic polish that makes the product feel fast, premium, and trustworthy.
What you'll own
- Design end to end product experiences across mobile and web
- Craft clean, high quality UI with strong visual hierarchy and clarity
- Define and evolve a scalable design system
- Design micro-interactions and motion that improve usability
- Turn complex data into clear, scannable visual interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship pixel perfect experiences
- Contribute to landing pags and product storytelling moments
What we're looking for
- 3-6 years in product, UI, or interaction design
- A portfolio that demonstrates
- Clean, modern UI with strong visual judgment
- Thoughtful motion and interaction work, transitions that feel considered, not decorative
- Real product thinking; flows, edge cases, systems
- High proficiency in Figma
- Solid grasp of UX principles, information hierarchy, and usability
- Sharp eye for spacings, typography, color, and motion timing
- Ability to think in systems, not just screens
- Hands on experience with motion tools (After Effectsm Rive, Lottie)
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or data heavy product environments
- Experience shipping in fast-moving startup teams
What good looks like
- Interfaces feel effortless and intuitive from the first interaction
- Motion is subtle, purposeful and fast
- The product feels premium and consistent across every surface
- Design scales without breaking clarity or consistency
Why this role
- Design quality is a real differentiator here
- Genuine ownership, you'll shape both the visual language and interaction model
- Motion is a first class consideration, not an afterthought
- Work on problems that sit at the intersection of UX, data, and AI.
