We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civils Gang - Sub contractor to join our team in St Mawes, Truro, UK.

As a Civils Gang - Sub contractor, you will be responsible for managing a team of workers and overseeing the completion of various civil engineering tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of workers to complete various civil engineering tasks such as excavation, grading, and paving.

- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standards.

- Coordinate with project managers and other contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, techniques, and equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
