Job Title: HR Manager – Recruitment

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent across all departments.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and recruitment policies.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve talent acquisition performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in high-volume hiring and working in sectors like contracting, telecom, or similar industries is an advantage.
