Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and attract top technical talent for engineering, IT, and product roles

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social platforms, and networking

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies

  • Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidate skills and fit

  • Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the hiring process

  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in ATS systems

  • Stay current on tech industry trends, roles, and market compensation

  • Oversee onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, access setup, and coordination with HR/IT teams
    • Support new employees during their first weeks to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter of 2 to 5 years.

  • Understanding of software development roles, tools, and technologies

  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)

  • Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices
