Responsibilities

Source, identify, and attract top technical talent for engineering, IT, and product roles

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Develop and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social platforms, and networking

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies

Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidate skills and fit

Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the hiring process

Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in ATS systems

Stay current on tech industry trends, roles, and market compensation
- Oversee onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, access setup, and coordination with HR/IT teams
- Support new employees during their first weeks to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter of 2 to 5 years.

Understanding of software development roles, tools, and technologies

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)

Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment
