Huawei MW/WL Rigger – UAE (Immediate Hiring)

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 2,800 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Install Huawei microwave (MW) and wireless (WL) equipment on telecom towers and rooftop sites.
• Install and align microwave dishes, RF antennas, RRUs, feeders, jumpers, and mounting hardware.
• Perform tower climbing, rigging, cable routing, grounding, and fiber installation.
• Support site integration, commissioning, and ATP activities.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting, VSWR testing, and alarm rectification.
• Ensure all installations comply with Huawei standards and EHS requirements.
• Complete site documentation and daily work reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Huawei MW/WL rigging experience.
• Experience with Huawei LTE/5G and microwave network deployment.
• Ability to climb telecom towers and work safely at heights.
• Huawei certification is preferred.
• Work at Height (WAH) certification is an advantage.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
