Civil consrcution Manager

URGENT HIRING – CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER | KSA

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 10,000–13,000/month
Industry: Civil Construction 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10–12+ years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong experience in KSA civil construction projects
• Experience managing project execution, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements
• Strong leadership, coordination, and client-management skills
• Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• KSA experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion
• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site activities
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements
• Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
