Job Title: HR Manager – Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager – Operations to lead and manage all HR functions across a workforce of 3000+ employees in a fast-paced contracting and telecom environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, staff management, and compliance with labor laws in the UAE/GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple projects and sites.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
  • Maintain HR compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and documentation.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers for timely mobilization and demobilization of staff.
  • Manage HRMS/ERP systems and generate operational HR reports.
  • Supervise payroll input, attendance systems, and employee benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR operations experience in contracting and telecom sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Handled 4 to 5 staff in HR
