Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager – Operations to lead and manage all HR functions across a workforce of 3000+ employees in a fast-paced contracting and telecom environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, staff management, and compliance with labor laws in the UAE/GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple projects and sites.
- Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
- Maintain HR compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and documentation.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
- Coordinate with project managers for timely mobilization and demobilization of staff.
- Manage HRMS/ERP systems and generate operational HR reports.
- Supervise payroll input, attendance systems, and employee benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of HR operations experience in contracting and telecom sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Handled 4 to 5 staff in HR
