Job Summary:

Responsible for managing telecom invoicing operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing for services provided to telecom clients and other telecom companies. The role requires strong accounts background and experience handling telecom industry billing and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage monthly telecom invoices for clients and projects.
  • Ensure accurate billing based on contracts, services, and project data.
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to verify billing details.
  • Maintain invoicing records, documentation, and ERP updates.
  • Follow up on invoice submissions and payment tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and telecom billing standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in invoicing or billing, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Experience handling invoicing for telecom clients /companies.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and billing processes.
