Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. - Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained. - Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Monitor and control maintenance costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. - Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations. - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services. - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
