AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable machine learning systems, working with large datasets, and implementing advanced AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract valuable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products.
• Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and NLP solutions.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with REST APIs and model integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Data Science are a plus.
