Xperience Xscape Travels is hiring a Travel Booking Consultant to join our growing team!
If you are coachable and have a passion for helping others start their careers in the travel industry, this role is for you. No experience required — we provide full training. You will assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are set up for success in their travel careers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Conduct training sessions to ensure new hires understand company procedures
- Assist with recruitment efforts and job posting management
- Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Provide feedback and guidance to new hires during the training process
- Maintain records of new hires and training progress
- Communicate clearly with candidates and employees during the onboarding stages
Requirements:
- Must be coachable and eager to learn
- No experience needed — full training provided
- Must be located in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, or Europe
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with technology and remote work
