With a strong production backbone and global ambitions, the company is now entering a new phase of strategic expansion across Europe and the UK.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a European Head of Sales to lead and accelerate market penetration across key sectors including industrial, healthcare, and public sector / defense.

This is a high-impact, build-and-grow role, suited to a commercially driven leader who can leverage an existing network and open doors quickly across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the European commercial strategy across PPE and uniform categories
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across distributors, industrial clients, and institutional buyers
  • Leverage existing relationships within:
  • Industrial and manufacturing sectors
  • Healthcare procurement channels
  • Military / law enforcement (tender-driven environments)
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with distributors and industrial laundries
  • Lead key account negotiations and large-scale contracts
  • Drive participation in tenders and framework agreements
  • Act as the market voice, feeding insights back into product, pricing, and positioning strategy
  • Build and scale a regional sales team over time

Candidate Profile

  • 10–15+ years of experience in PPE, protective clothing, uniforms, or workwear
  • Strong network across European distributors, industrial laundries, and end-users
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and market development
  • Experience with tender-driven sales, ideally within military, law enforcement, or public sector
  • Background from:
  • PPE manufacturers
  • Distributors
  • Industrial laundry providers supplying workwear
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
