About the Role

They are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales/Account Manager to drive business growth across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the fashion retail industryparticularly among large fashion chains and big box retailersand a proven ability to develop and manage key accounts for high-volume apparel business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business with major U.S. fashion and retail customers.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and buyers in large retail and fashion companies.
  • Present seasonal collections and customized product ranges to clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with design and sourcing teams to develop tailored products that meet client needs.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent communication and introduction of new product categories.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and fashion presentations (travel required).

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in apparel sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong network and established relationships within U.S. fashion retail and/or big box retail sectors.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in apparel product development.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and presentations.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven, with a strong commercial mindset.
