About the job Graphic Designer
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop and execute a wide range of internal and external communication materials. The ideal candidate will be adept in both digital and print design, with a strong focus on visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and effective storytelling. This role demands collaboration with Communications, HR, and Leadership teams to translate messaging into impactful visuals.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop a wide range of communication materials, including social media contents, company reports, presentations, newsletters, email templates, infographics, digital posters, banners and flyers.
- Design layouts for print and digital publications, including reports, and internal documents, with a strong focus on typographic hierarchy and readability.
- Create digital assets for internal branding materials and communications (e.g. reports, announcements, emails) and external use (e.g., social media, print media).
- Retouch, edit, and enhance photos for use in various materials and platforms.
- Format reports and documents with a strong focus on visual hierarchy, readability, and brand consistency.
- Communicate directly with relevant stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate it into effective visual content.
- Support light animation and motion graphics work for internal presentations or simple explainer videos.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong experience in content creation, layout, and creating templates for corporate and social media materials along with reports.
- Skilled in photo retouching, background editing, and image enhancement.
- Solid understanding of typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience
- Familiarity with various creative design tools.
- Excellent skills in digital content creation.
- Advanced animation/motion graphics experience (e.g., GIFs, intro/outro animations).
- Understanding of print production processes.
- Photography skills or visual content creation abilities are a plus.
- Strong familiarity with AI assistant tools such as Midjourney for creating artistic and imaginative visuals.
Special Requirements
- Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) must-have
- Adobe After Effects for motion graphics (preferred)
- Figma / Sketch / Canva for UI/UX or collaborative design
- Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides for professional presentation design
- Lightroom for image retouching (preferred)
