THE ROLE

Bra Molding Expert – Development Department
This is a newly established expert role within the Development Department at the Jordan manufacturing site. The role is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing bra molding processes, building professional expertise, and training teams to support quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

Main Goals

• Establish and lead the professional domain of bra molding within the Development Department.
• Develop, standardize, and implement advanced molding processes and technologies.
• Build internal professional knowledge and train employees and teams in molding methodologies.
• Support high product quality, efficient development cycles, and smooth transition to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority and expert for bra molding processes.
• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of molding technologies.
• Own molding-related processes include cup shaping, materials, machinery, and process parameters.
• Train, mentor, and professionally develop relevant teams.
• Collaborate closely with Production & Quality, departments.
• Troubleshoot complex molding issues during development and production phases.
• Support introduction of new materials, technologies, and working methods.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive and proven experience in bra molding within the intimate apparel industry – mandatory.
• Experience in bonding technologies – an advantage.
• Strong hands-on technical background with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Deep understanding of materials used in bras, including foams, fabrics, laminations, adhesives, and related components.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar) – an advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
