Job Overview:
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our clients digital platforms by optimizing website and landing page conversions. This role requires someone who is analytical, data-driven, and passionate about improving user experiences to drive business growth. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to test, analyze, and implement strategies that enhance our clients conversion rates, ultimately boosting their overall revenue. Your insights and optimizations will play a crucial role in shaping our clients digital marketing efforts and ensuring they meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage tracking systems, including pixels and other tracking technologies, to ensure accurate data collection across platforms like Meta and Google. This sometimes requires basic coding for technical implementation.
Conduct technical audits of existing website data to identify and resolve tracking issues.
Use tools like Google Analytics to diagnose problems and recommend improvements.
Analyze website analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with clients to align strategies with their needs and goals.
Propose and implement tests based on data analysis, such as testing different images and layouts, to enhance conversion rates.
Work closely with marketing teams, media buyers, and UX designers to develop strategies and set up tracking that aligns with business objectives.
Optimize the conversion funnel and landing pages to increase visitor-to-customer conversions through effective design and content changes.
Conduct usability testing to improve site navigation, load times, and overall user experience based on user feedback and behavior analysis.
Perform competitive analysis to apply industry best practices and improve client website performance.
Monitor online marketing campaigns and their impact on conversion rates, and recommend optimizations for ad creatives and targeting.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing with experience managing traffic from both paid and organic channels.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to review data, identify anomalies, spot opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- 1-2 years of experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta & Google Ad pixels.
3-4 years of experience in marketing is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta & Google Ad pixels, including technical implementation.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot tracking setup issues effectively.
- Experience planning and executing A/B tests, including developing hypotheses, setting up tests, and reporting results.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools.
Comfort with Zapier, WordPress, and HubSpot is ideal.
- Basic coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is useful for setting up test variations.

We Offer you:
Fully Remote work: Our core working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. That said, we dont operate on a strict clock-in/clock-out policy, so you're free to manage your time in a way that works best for you, as long as you're meeting expectations and ensuring timely completion of your tasks and project deliverables. Still, participation in key meetings (client facing) and team interactions is expected across all time zones and during our core hours.

Salary: Between $1,800 - $2,000 USD per month for the initial 3-month trial period.
After three to six months of employment, you will be eligible for commission on business revenue, adding an additional layer of financial growth and reward.
