Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and communicative Paid Media Strategist who embodies a strong sense of extreme ownership to join our team. This individual will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a dedication to continuous improvement, and the ability to foster collaboration across various teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for paid media and excel in creating, researching, and implementing omni-channel paid media strategies across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and possibly TikTok and Pinterest. You must be constantly learning about new advertising features/strategies/tools and have a clear passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

You must be willing to throw out everything you have learned from past experiences, when necessary, and be open to new ideas and ways of thinking about marketing. Marketing is an evolving field and we have proven time and time again that our best case studies come from when we have gone completely against the grain of what “traditional” marketing is.

Develop and execute innovative, data-driven paid media strategies that are tailored to our clients’ target audiences, objectives, and brand identity, focusing on creativity and outside-the-box thinking (this is a must).

Set up and manage accurate conversion and event tracking for HubSpot, Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and LinkedIn, using tools like Google Tag Manager, to ensure effective monitoring and optimization of campaigns.

Take full ownership of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, creative, content, and web development, to support paid media strategies with clear briefs and well-defined goals.

Manage multiple ad accounts, primarily on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and optimize various PPC campaigns for performance and ROI, while proactively identifying risks and planning ways to mitigate them.

Ensure professionalism in all aspects of the role, including delivering high-quality work, maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and team members, and conducting oneself with integrity.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new platform features, proactively incorporating them into strategies and campaigns as appropriate.

Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights, action items, and KPIs, to both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on clarity and actionable recommendations.

Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive results.
