Job Description & Requirements
- Handle incidents and requests defined as per defined in processes and SLA.
- Support & assist with setting up remote collaboration tools/systems.
- Actively contribute ideas and solutions.
- Assist in projects implementations & vendor managements.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions and equipment.
- Basic training to multiple end users (Classroom / Remote).
- Not desk bound job hence will be required to handle light weigh equipment, climb-ing ladder, and moving around freely.
- Supporting other teams in troubleshooting issues.
Technical Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on support for IT Services.
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier and computers.
- Experience in creating, understanding and following technical documentation, routines and processes.
- Experience in project and vendor management will be a plus.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply if he/she has IT knowledge.
