Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and report recurring issues or trends to improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
