One of our clients is seeking to hire a Customer Support Agent to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced support environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify and report recurring issues or trends to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with customer service tools and software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
